摘要：	Intramolecular cyclization of β -methyl substituted epoxide under aprotics (e.g. LDA in benzene) and protic conditions (e.g. LiOH in MeOH/H2O)both gave a mixture of β-, γ-, δ- and ε-lactam but in different ratio.
