摘    要:对Cu30Ni25Fe合金,采用变形和热处理的方法获得了不同的晶粒度和失稳分解组织,研究了失稳分解相界对HallPetch关系的影响·结果表明,合金发生失稳分解后,其硬度和晶粒直径的关系仍符合HallPetch关系式·在各种晶粒度下失稳分解后的硬度均大于固溶态,但当分解后的两相尺寸与晶粒尺寸相比约小两个数量级时,失稳分解的相界强化作用消失·失稳分解组织的细晶硬化系数KHV值明显低于固溶态,且随失稳分解强化作用的增大而降低,这反映了失稳分解后合金的强度对晶粒大小的敏感程度降低·

Abstract:The effect of spinodal decomposed phase interfaces on the Hall Petch relationship was investigated in Cu 30Ni 25Fe alloys with spinodal decomposition microstructures and a wide range of grain size. The relationship of hardness with grain size in the spinodal decomposed alloys is coinciding with the Hall Petch equation. The hardness of spinodal decomposed alloys is greater than that of solid solution treated alloys, however, the spinodal decomposition strengthening disappears when the size of spinodal decomposed phases is two orders of magnitude smaller than the grain size. The coefficient K HV in the spinodal decomposed alloys is smaller than that of solid solution treated alloys and is decreases with the increasing of spinodal decomosition strengthening. The strength of spinodal decomposed alloys is insensitive to the grain size.
