Along with economic growth, the number of Latin American middle class has increased and edu- cation has also made significant developments. In recent years, most Latin American countries＇ foreign policy of alliance with the United States and the ＂one -way dependence＂ has turned independent and in- creasingly diversified. Since the 90＇ s of the 20th century, Latin America＇ s political relation with China. has been comprehensive, healthy and sustainable.
