Growth of USb2 single crystals and their structural perfection |

| Abstract: | USb2 single crystals were grown by three methods; I — Chemical vapour transport with iodine as transporting reagent, II — Crystallization from U Sb liquid solution, III — Crystallization from U Sb Sn liquid solution. The morphology of growth and results of X-ray topography examination of crystal surface are given. |
