系列疗法治疗老年肩周炎临床研究

从１９８９至１９９７年，运用系列疗法治疗肩周炎１０６例（１０８肩），男４０例，女６６岁，平均年龄５２８岁。治疗分两步。第一步：用纯中医药新疗法治疗５０例（５０肩），同时用西医药治疗５６例（５８肩）作对照。随访３周表明两组无治疗病例，有效病例分别只占１６％与７１％。第二步：针对第一步无效按随机原则再分别分成两部分（组），每部分各３６例。第一部分采取仅麻醉下手法松解加关节囊内液压扩张疗法，而同时运用第二部分采用中西医新型综合疗法，并以第一部分作为对照。同样，治疗施实连续三周随防，并运用第一步同样疗效观察指标进行评价。结果表明，第一部分优良率为６６７％，而第二部分优良率占１００％，因此，运用中西医综合疗法治疗肩老炎是一种简便、安全、有效的治疗方法，值得推广与应用

The Clinical Research on a System of Progressive Treatment of Shoulder Arthritis -A Report of 106 Cases

From October 1989 to October 1997, 106 cases of shoulder arthritis (108 shoulder joint) received a system of progrssive treatment. Among them, 34 cases belonged to the mild grade, 33 cases to the moderate grade and 39 cased to the severe grade. The system of treatment can be classified into two steps. The first step consisted of a new therapy method using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) (50 cases, 50 shoulder) and western medicine (56 cases, 58 shoulder). Follow up for three weeks showed no excellent result and only good results in 16% and 7.1%, respectively, indicating an unsatisfatory outcome obtained under the management of the single new TCM and western medieine. The second step is divided into two parts at the same time with the same nomber of cases (36 patients). part one is the use of traditional Chinese manipulations under the brachial plexus anesthesial combined with intracapsular injection of the mixture liquid, including kenacort-A, Vitamine B1, B6 and B12.Part two is the multi-treatment by using part one method together with some new TCM and western medicine also. Follow up for 3 weeks samely showed the very satisfied results-the excellent and good results in 66.7% and 100%, respectively, illustruting this excellent result obtained easily under the multi-treatment by combining the traditional chinese manipulations and some special herbs with the intracapsular injection of some special mixture liquid and some anti-inflamentory drugs. We believe that the multi-treatment is simple and very available. It can be recomended as the best choice of the treatment for shoulder arthritis.
