| 摘 要： | 本文比较了１０７例脑胶质瘤的病理分级与磁共振影像表现，结果显示两者之间有密切的关系（Ｐ＜０００５）。高度恶性胶质瘤中，ＭＲＩ诊断正确率为８８１０％，而低度恶性胶质瘤中为６４６２％（Ｐ＜０００５）。各单项ＭＲＩ表现，如病灶强化程度、瘤周水肿程度、囊变、坏死等在高或低度恶性胶质瘤中出现率无明显差异（Ｐ值均大于００５）。表明ＭＲＩ表现可在很大程度上反映脑胶质瘤的恶性程度，但在低度恶性胶质瘤中，易出现“过诊断现象”。

| Abstract: | The pathological grading with the MRI appearance of 107 brain gliomas were compared.The results showed that there was a close relation between them( P <0 005).In high grade gliomas the correct rate of MRI diagnosis was 88 10%, but it was only 64 62% in low grade gliomas ( P <0 005).The incidence of every single MRI appearance,as edema around tumor enhancement of focus ,cyst, necrosis etc,was not significantly varied in different grade of gliomas (all P values were more than 0 05).So,we believed that MRI apearance could reflect the malignant degree of glioms to a great extent.But it was easy to over-diagnose in low grade gliomas. |
