| 摘 要： | 介绍GaAs单片集成衰减器的研究与制作。所研制的衰减器在DC—10GHz的频率范围内，插入损耗小于1．5dB，衰减量大于15dB，驻波小于2．0：1；其中在DC—6GHz的频率范围内，衰减量大于25dB．驻波小于1．5：1，衰减波纹小于0．5dB。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the design and fabrication of a GaAs MMIC attenuator. The developed attenuator shows insertion loss<1. 5 dB, attenuation>15dB and VSWR<2. 0: 1 over the frequency range of DC to 10 GHz. From DC.to 6GHz, attenuation is higher than 25 dB, VSWR is less than 1. 5: 1, and the deviation of the attenuation from a straight line is less than 0. 5 dB. |
