| Abstract: | We propose the model of the multicomponent exciton gas in lightly doped semiconductors. The conditions of the equilibrium approximation are discussed. The complete system of equations for the determination of the gas composition is established. The contribution of the excited states of the particles and the influence of the different interparticle interactions is discussed. |
