方形与圆形钢管梁半刚性护栏防撞性能对比分析

摘    要:根据几何等效原理,分别建立了方形和圆形钢管梁半刚性护栏,采用显式非线性有限元分析方法,模拟了汽车碰撞两种钢管梁半刚性护栏的动态响应,对比研究了碰撞过程中两种护栏的最大应力、横向位移和护栏系统及其各部件的吸能特性。结果表明,两种护栏形式都有较好的防护作用,方形钢管梁半刚性护栏的最大位移和最大Mises应力较圆形钢管梁半刚性护栏小,但其变形吸能效果明显比圆形钢管梁半刚性护栏的吸能效果差。

Abstract:According to the equivalent geometry principle, a square tube beam semi-rigid guardrail (STBSG) and a round tube beam semi-rigid guardrail (RTBSG) were established respectively. The dynamic behaviors of the square and round tube beam semi-rigid guardrails subjected to vehicle impact were simulated on the basis of explicit nonlinear finite element analysis method. The maximum stress, lateral displacement and properties of energy absorbing of guardrail system and its components were studied. The results show that these two guardrail systems play a protective role ; the maximum displace- ment and the maximum Mises stress of STBSG are slightly smaller than these of RTBSG, but the energy absorbing effect of STBSG is obviously poorer than the energy absorbing effect of RTBSG.
