| 摘 要： | 研制了一种新型的由带前置轮胎镜成像系统、高密度透射光栅和软Ｘ光ＣＣＤ相机等组成的软Ｘ射线光谱仪，摄谱范围为０．５－１．５ｎｍ，光谱分辩为为０．０５ｎｍ。光谱仪没有像散，实现了点对点成像。由于其高效率激光系统产生的等离子体Ｘ光谱，特别适合于超短飞秒强激光脉冲产生的等离子体的研究。

| Abstract: | A novel soft X ray spectrograph com prised of a toroidal m irror im age optics, ahigh density transm ission grating and a soft X ray C C D cam era has been developed. The de tecting range is in the w avelength region from 0.5 nm to 15 nm w ith a resolution of about 0.05 nm . The spectrograph has no astigm atism . A point object is im aged to a point. Ow ing toits high efficiency, even an X ray spectrum of low energy laser produced plasm a can be m ea sured. It is especially suitable for experim ents of ultrashort fem tosecond pulse laser producedplasm as. |
