广州地区妊娠妇女锌、钙代谢状况调查

调查了31名早孕妇女的头发锌、钙含量，其中锌为(139.0±40.1)×10-6，钙为(1081±478)×10-6；中孕妇女37名，发锌为(142.4±25.2)×10-6，钙为(666.1±143.3)×10-6；而69名晚孕妇女头发锌含量为(140.9±25.0)×10-6，钙含量为(864.7±562.8)×10-6。对照组为非妊娠健康妇女，共41名，头发锌含量为(158.1±61.9)×10-6，钙含量为(1241±546)×10-6。结果显示，三期妊娠妇女的发锌、发钙含量均显著低于正常对照组。

Investigation on Zinc and Calcium Metabolism in Pregnant Women of Guangzhou Region

Hair zinc and calcium level of pregnant womern during three different are determined.The average zinc level for 31 pregnant women of early stage is (139．0±40．1)×10-6 calcium(1081±478)×10-6,The average zinc level for 37　pregnant women　of middle stage is (142．4±25．2)×10-6,calcium(666.1±143.3)×10-6.The average zinc level for 69 pregnant women of late stage is (140.9±25.0)×10-6，calcium(864．7±562．8)×10-6,zinc level of 41 healthy non-pregnant control subjects is (158．1±61．9)×10-6,calcium level is (1241±546)×10-6．It is indicated that zinc and calcium levels of three different stage of pregnancy are all significantly lower than those of the control subjects．
