| Abstract: | The statistical properties of the turbulent field consisting of drift waves randomly interacting with a coherent structure are investigated. By using a nonperturbative method (analogous to the "semiclassical" approach in quantum mechanics), we calculate explicitly the generating functional of the correlations. |
