| Abstract: | In this review the progress of the synthetic chemistry of polynucleotides in about the last ten years was summerized with the emphasis on the regioselective acylation on nucleosides and nucleotides,the nucleophilic catalytic protecting groups and the newly developed approaches for the formation of internucleotidic linkage. |
