摘    要:本文首次采用堇青石为载体,用水热合成方法,制备了致密的高硅MFI沸石膜,并对其结构、成分以及气体渗透性质进行表征。

Abstract:Silicalite-1 zeolite membranes were hydrothermally synthesized in situ on the porous support of cordierite at 180℃.XRD patterns show that the membrane consists of MFI zeolite crystals.The investigation with SEM indicated that the mebrane is about 50 μm thick, and covered with well-intergrown MFI zeolite crystals of about 10μm in size. The EDX analysis confirm that the membrane is composed of silica absence of Al, indicating high silica MFI(Silicalite-1) zeolite grown on the support. The ratio of pure gas permeation is 1. 17 for CO2/N2 and 274 for H2/iso- butane at room temperature respectively, confirmng that the membrane synthesized on the support of cordierite is defect-free.
