| 摘 要： | 运用博弈论、需求理论等对价格战成因进行分析和研究，指出价格战存在的合理性和必要性，论证价格战是一个行业发展的必经之路，是行业成熟的标志，这符合社会资源优化配置原则，并用经济理论模型证明了价格战的出路之一－－收购与兼并。

| Abstract: | The paper points out that the necessity and rationality of pricing competition by using economics theories such as Game theory, Demand theory and so on, and the reason of pricing competition is analyzed. The pricing competition is testified to be the symbol of trade maturity that is consistent with the principle of optimal allocation of resource. Th economics is used to prove that the road of pricing competition is to purchase and merger. |
