摘    要:从企业履行社会责任的内容、层次以及对消费者认知的影响等方面研究基于消费者需求的企业社会责任,提出了推动企业履行对消费者社会责任的政策建议。

Abstract:The thesis researches the corporate social responsibilities in the perspective of consumers from the contents and levels of the enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities to their consumers, as well as the impact on consumer awareness. Some policy suggestions to encourage enterprises to fulfill social responsibilities to their consumers are put forward.
