| 摘 要： | 讨论了从醋酸杆菌发酵中提取ＡＤＨ以及从酵母细胞中提取ＡＤＨ的可能性。在一定的ｐＨ及酶解时间内，醋酸杆菌细胞内ＡＤＨ活性很低，而酵母细胞内ＡＤＨ活性相对较高。

| Abstract: | A study is made on the possibility of extracting alcohol dehydrogenase from the fermentation byAcetobacter and from yeast cells. Within a fixed pH and zymolysis time, alcohhol dehydrogenase from acetobacter shows a low activity, while that from yeast cells shows a higher activity. |
