益气养阴化浊通络方对早期糖尿病肾脏疾病患者内皮细胞及血液流变学的影响

观察益气养阴化浊通络方对早期糖尿病肾脏疾病(DKD)患者内皮细胞及血液流变学的影响,以70例早期DKD患者随机分组,对照组(35例)采用DKD常规治疗,治疗组(33例)在常规治疗基础上加用益气养阴化浊通络方,疗程12周。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测治疗前后2组患者血浆血管性血友病因子(v WF)和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平;血流变仪检测纤维蛋白原(PF)、全血高切黏度(HBV)、全血低切黏度(LBV)、血浆黏度(PV)、红细胞刚性指数(TK)等血液流变学指标;同时观察UP、SCr、UAER的变化。结果是两组治疗后UP、SCr、UAER、v WF、VEGF水平均较治疗前明显降低(P0.05,P0.01);且治疗组UP、SCr、UAER、VEGF水平降低更明显(P0.05)。同时两组治疗后PF、LBV、PV、TK水平较治疗前明显降低(P0.05,P0.01);HBV、LBV、PV水平降低更明显(P0.05)。说明益气养阴化浊通络方能够减轻内皮细胞的损伤,改善血流变,从而降低蛋白尿,改善肾功能。

effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huazhuo Tongluo Recipe on vascular endothelial and hemorheology in patients with early diabetic kidney disease

Objective: To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huazhuo Tongluo Recipe (YQYYHZTLR) on vascular endothelial and hemorheology in patients with early diabetic kidney disease(DKD). Methods: 70 patients with DKD were randomly divided into the control group (n=35) and the treatment group (n=33). The control group was applied DKD regular treatment and the treatment group was added to YQYYHZTLR on the basis of regular treatment. Both of them were treated for twelve weeks. By enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was detected before and after treatment in two groups in plasma of patients with von Willebrand factor (vWF) and intravascular skin produce long factor (vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF); blood rheology detection fibrin original (PF), whole blood viscosity (HBV), whole blood low shear (LBV) viscosity, plasma viscosity (PV), erythrocyte rigidity index (TK) blood rheological index. At the same time, observing change up, SCR, UAER. Results: Up, SCR, UAER, vWF and VEGF levels after treatment in the two groups than before treatment was significantly lower (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), and the treatment group up, SCR, UAER and VEGF levels reduce more significantly (P < 0.05). At the same time after treatment in the two groups of PF, LBV, PV, TK level compared with those before treatment significantly decreased (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), HBV, LBV, PV level reduce more significantly (P < 0.05).Conclusions: YQYYHZTLR can reduce the damage of vascular endothelial,improve the hemorheology, effectively protect the renal function.
