多路压电陶瓷驱动器电压实时监测系统设计

摘    要:为了满足自适应光学系统中多路压电陶瓷高压驱动器输出电压实时监测、显示的需要,提出了基于高速单片机C8051F120的电压测量、显示和通讯系统设计方案。利用20路电压测量模块实现电压采集,通过ModBus RTU通讯协议对采集到的电压数据进行接收、处理和LCD液晶显示。详细介绍了液晶显示接口的硬件设计方案,电压测量模块与单片机的通信以及软件设计方法,通过实验验证了此液晶模块实时监测显示系统的良好效果。

Abstract:In order to satisfy the need of monitoring and displaying the output voltage of multi-channel piezoelectric ceramics high-voltage actuators in the adaptive optics system,a voltage monitoring,displaying and communication system was designed based on high-speed MCU-C8051F120.The voltage data was acquired by 20-channel voltage measurement module,and the data was received,processed and displayed through ModBus RTU protocol.Then this paper presented the LCD interface hardware design,the communication between MCU and voltage measurement module and the software design.Finally,the result of experiments shows the good effects of the system design.
