| 摘 要： | 本文受〔7〕和〔3〕的启发，得到了一个渐近效率与〔3〕相当的同时求多项式所有根的并行圆盘迭代法，并建立了条件较〔3〕为弱的收敛性定理.该算法毋需计算多项式的导数，所以在某种特定条件下，渐近效率较高.
