| Abstract: | In this paper, if a simple step-stress accelerated life testing is performed on theWeibull population of units and the accelerated equation is the inverse power law, this modelis called the power-Weibull model. We give the point and illterval estimates of the parametersof the power-Weibull model and of the accelerated coefficient. FUIthermore, we discuss theekistence and uniqueness of the estimates of these parameters. |
