| Abstract: | Based on the fundamental principle of quantum mechanics and quantummeasurement theory a concise theoretical proof of q uantum Zeno effect is given.its physicalfoundation analysed and the connection with the CP violation of K~0-K~0 system is pointedout as an application. |
