摘    要:提出了一种新颖的提高峰值电流模DC/DC带载能力的限流设计,将斜坡补偿的采样电流放大信号与斜坡补偿的正温度系数电压信号相比较,代替传统的固定电压限流,消除斜坡补偿对带载能力的影响,并对采样结构的正温度特性进行温度补偿,提高了DC/DC转换器带载能力.该电路基于TSMC的0.25μm BCD工艺设计,投片测试结果表明:占空比在10%~80%变化时,电感电流最大值相对变化量小于5%;温度在-40~120℃变化时,电感电流最大值相对变化量小于6.5%.
