空间主镜制备方法

摘    要:介绍了用材料铝、铍、超低膨胀(ULE)石英、微晶玻璃(主要指Zerodur)、金属基复合材料(MMC)和碳化硅(SiC)等制备空间主镜的方法和过程,包括坯料的生成、粗加工,精细研磨、抛光等.对各种材料主镜的制备特点进行了总结,并展望了今后各种主镜材料的应用和发展趋势.

Abstract:The methods and processes to prepare spacial primary mirror with the materials aluminum, beryllium, ultra-low expansion(ULE) glass, Zerodur, metal-matrix composites(MMC), silicon carbide used generally were introduced, including raw material preparation, rough machining, fine attrition, polishing and so on. The features of preparing the spacial primary mirror with different materials were summarized, and the application and development trend were viewed.
