| Abstract: | This paper, based on ADC method for evaluation model, estimates the basic efficiency of ESJ effec- tively, and verifies the model. Furthermore, this paper analyses the influencing factors of the interference ESJ effi- ciency, offering the theoretical foundation for the research into the operational effectiveness of ESJ. |
