| 摘 要： | 以所建立的磁流变抛光的数学模型为基础 ,通过实验研究了抛光时间、运动盘的速度、工件与运动盘形成的间隙大小、磁场强度等参数对磁流变抛光的影响。具体做法是改变磁流变抛光的一种参数 ,而使其余的参数保持不变 ,得出该参数与磁流变抛光去除函数关系的曲线图 ,进而揭示了工件的材料去除函数随该参数的变化规律。

| Abstract: | Based on mathematics model of magnetorheological finishing, and according to experiment, the research of the effect on magnetorheological finishing by several parameters is done. These parameters include polishing time, velocity of moving wall, magnetic field intensity and size of the gap between the workpiece and moving wall. The curves of the relationship between these parameters and material removal rate are acquired, and so, the laws of the effect on magnetorheological finishing by several parameters are given. |
