3-羟基苄肼二盐酸盐的合成

摘    要:以间羟基苯甲醛和肼甲酸甲酯为原料,经缩合、氢化还原、脱羧、成盐反应得到3-羟基苄肼盐酸盐,总收率达77.1%.其中,缩合反应收率为94.6%;经优化后还原反应的Pd/C催化剂最佳用量为3%,并且催化剂可回收利用3次,反应收率99.8%;水解成盐反应收率达81.7%.该合成工艺操作简单,条件温和,成本低廉,易于工业化生产.

Abstract:3-Hydroxybenzylhydrazine dihydrochloride was synthesized from 3-hydroxybenzaldehyde and methoxycarbonylhydrazine via condensation,hydrogenation,decarboxylation and salt formation in a total yield of 77.1%.The yield of condensation was 94.6% and of hydrogenation was 99.8% by using Pd/C(5%) which can be reused 3 times at the optimal quantity of 3%(W/W).The yield of salt formation was 81.7%.This route is easy to industrialize for its simple operation,mild reacting condition and low cost.
