春化有效积温对结球甘蓝春化相关酶活性的影响

摘    要:以早熟品种"8398"和中熟品种"京丰一号"为试材,分别对"8398"的6、7、8片真叶期和"京丰一号"的7、8、9片真叶期的甘蓝幼苗进行7、11、15、19℃处理,研究不同温度下的春化有效积温和春化作用的关系.结果表明:甘蓝春化有效积温的基数为24℃;每个品种的同一叶龄下都有相同的春化有效积温,"8398"在6、7、8片叶龄下的有效积温分别为510.6、473.3、432.1℃,而"京丰一号"在7、8、9片叶龄下的有效积温分别为655.1、588.8、528.8℃;感受低温的叶龄越小,要求的有效积温越高.冬性越强的品种要求的有效积温越高.SOD、CAT和POD活性随着春化有效积温的增加而增加.

Abstract:Prematurity cabbage variety "8398" and medmaturity cabbage "jingfeng" were used in our experiments,when "8398" have 6,7,8 leaves,"jingfeng" have 7,8,9 leaves treated them at low temperature 7,11,15,19 ℃,in an attempt to explore the relation between effective accumulated temperature and vernalization,The main conclusions of this study are as follows:the cardinal number of the effective accumulated temperature of cabbage is 24 ℃,the two variety have the same leaves have the same vernalization effective accumulated temperature,when "8398" have 6,7,8 leaves the effective accumulated temperature is 510.6、473.3、432.1 ℃ respectively,"jingfeng" have 7、8、9 leaves the effective accumulated temperature is 655.1、588.8、528.8 ℃;the effective accumulated temperature rise with leaf age which can accept low temperature reduce.The strong winter calvitars required more effective accumulated temperature.SOD,CAT and POD enzymatic activity increased with increase of the effective accumulated temperature of vernalization.
