| Abstract: | Development and the most recent researchel of melt-processable thermoplastic polyimides (TPIs) were presented. The typical synthesis methods of TPIs were introduced. The relationship between molecular structure and thermal properties of TPIs were also analyzed. Moreover the development direction of TPIs was pointed out. |
