| Abstract: | Summary An analysis scheme for the spectrophotometric determination of phosphorus as phosphate in biological materials has been worked out. The wet digestion of the sample was carried out in Kjeldahl flasks by a mixture of perchloric and nitric acids. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the obtained results is not more than 1% for amounts up to 30  g. The method was applied to various biological materials. |
