基于法拉第效应的电子荷质比测量及不确定度分析

摘    要:阐述了利用法拉第效应测量电子荷质比方法的基本原理,包括样品色散关系的测量和非线性拟合。测量不确定度的深入分析表明,磁感应强度B与对应的旋光角θ的测量最为关键,其次是样品的色散关系,这为进一步提高测量精度指明了方向。

Abstract:The fundamental principle of measuring electron charge mass ratio with Faraday effect is represented,including the measuring and nonlinear curve fitting for the sample dispersion. The profound analysis of measurement uncertainty indicated that the optical rotatory angle θ corresponding to the magnetic induction intensity B was most critical measurement, and next came the sample dispersion. These can show clearly the ways to imDrove the degree of accuracy.
