| 摘 要： | 研究了人绒毛膜促性腺激素对水貂生育力的影响.实验结果表明人绒毛膜促性腺激素剂量以166～200IU/头诱导母貂发情的效果较好，其中以hCG166IU/头处理后几天内加注一针效果更佳；雌二醇诱导母貂子宫等副性器官发育效果最好；但未能使卵巢卵泡发育达到成熟阶段，因而雌二醇不是提高母貂生育力的理想激素.

| Abstract: | The experimental results indicated that the dosage of hCG from 166 IU to 200 IU was better in inducing the anestrous female minks to come into estrus state. Particularly, within a few days after treatment with hCG 166 IU, the effect of injecting once again was even more excellent. The effect of E\-2 on development of the accessory organs of the anestrous female minks was superior,but the ovarian follicles did not reached matural stage. So E\-2 was not the ideal hormone increasing the fertility of minks. |
