马来酸罗格列酮的核磁共振谱分析

摘    要:利用NMR、2D NMR及IR、UV、MS等实验技术详细研究了胰岛素增敏剂马来酸罗格列酮的波谱学特征。借助马来酸罗格列酮及罗格列酮的DEPT谱和罗格列酮的二维^1H--^1H COSY、^13C-^1H COSY对马来酸罗格列酮氢谱和碳谱进行了完全的归属,为该类化合物的结构解析提供了有益的分析依据。

Abstract:The 1H, 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and 2D NMR spectra are reported for 5-[[4-[2-(methyl-2-pyridinylamino)ethoxy]phenyl]methyl]-2,4-thiazolidinedione,(Z)-2-butenedioate (Rosiglitazone Maleate) that is used as a new kind of hypoglycemic drug. By using infrared, ultraviolet, mass spectrometry and distorsionless enhancement by polarization transfer techniques, along with 1methyl]-2,4-thiazolidinedione,(Z)-2-butenedioate (Rosiglitazone Maleate) that is used as a new kind of hypoglycemic drug. By using infrared, ultraviolet, mass spectrometry and distorsionless enhancement by polarization transfer techniques, along with 1-2,4-thiazolidinedione,(Z)-2-butenedioate (Rosiglitazone Maleate) that is used as a new kind of hypoglycemic drug. By using infrared, ultraviolet, mass spectrometry and distorsionless enhancement by polarization transfer techniques, along with 1H- 1H correlation spectrometry (COSY), 13C- 1H COSY on Rosiglitazone, the proton and carbon-13 spectra are assigned completely. This also provides a basis for NMR characterization of the similar new compounds.
