| 摘 要： | EDTA脱水成二酐后,与多缩乙二醇或α,ω-二胺反应,分别得到了大环醚双内酯(Ⅰ—Ⅳ)和大环胺双内酰胺(Ⅴ—Ⅷ)。各产物的结构均经红外、核磁、分子量和元素分析鉴定。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the synthesis of a series of new N,N'-dicarboxymethylmacrocyclic ether-bislactones and amine-bislactams.The EDTA dianhydride reacted withpolyethylene glycol [HOCH_2CH_2(OCH_2CH_2)_nOH n=0,1,2,3] or alkylene diamine[H_2NCH_2(CH_2)_mNH_2 m=1,2,3] to give the title compounds,which have beencharacterised by IR,~1H NMR,molecular weight determination and elemental analvsis. |
