摘    要:用2%硝酸溶解样品,通过加入附加气氧气以ICP-AES直接测定毛发制备胱氨酸中硫元素含量,从而间接得到胱氨酸含量.该方法具有很好的重现性和线性关系,在0.13-853.36mg·L<'-1>浓度范围内,线性相关系数均达到0.9999以上,加标回收率为95.0%-111.5%,相对标准偏差小于1.3%.该方法简便、快速、...

Abstract:The content of cystine in cystine product from hair was determined indirectly by measuring the content of sulphur in it by ICP-AES.Samples were dissolved in 2%HNO3 solution and measured using oxygen as additional gas.This method has good repeatability and good linear relationship.The relative coefficient was above 0.9999 at the range of 0.13—853.36mg·L-1.The recovery was 95.0%—111.5% and RSD was less than 1.3%.This method was simple,rapid accurate and sensitive.
