| 摘 要： | 采用ＴｄＲ同步化的方法，分析了人小肠癌转移腹水细胞系ＨＩＣＭＡ的核型，发现该细胞系染色体数目主要分布于５２～５６条之间，众数为５４条；染色体畸变复杂，在近５０％的分裂相中存在一条端着丝粒染色体，ＧＴＧ显带表明该染色体为正常５号染色体去掉整个短臂而成．对染色体畸变与细胞癌变的关系进行了讨论．

| Abstract: | We have got two sets of Andrias davidianus fertilized eggs and its seedlings by means of artificial reproduction. The early embryonic development of Andrias davidianus is studied in histological methods and the characteristics of its early embryonic development are described. Then, the general and special characteristics of the early development of Andrias davidianus and other Amphibians are discussed. |
