摘    要:生物学与其它学科的交叉是近年来学术界讨论的一个重要话题 .系统科学这一类横断科学从其产生之初就具有其鲜明的一般性和普适性 ,尤其适合对生命这一开放的、有序的、复杂的系统进行研究和探讨 .近年来 ,这方面的发展非常迅速 ,生物学研究的新思路、新方法层出不穷 ,这无疑为广大研究人员带来崭新的研究工具和更优化的解决方案 .本文从生物建模的角度对这方面最新的研究进展进行总结、归纳 ,以求集思广益、触类旁通 .

Abstract:The intercross between biology and other discipline is an improtant issue discussed within academia in latest years. Systematic science, one of the interdisciplines, has its distinct universality and general applicability since it came into being, and is especially fit for the researching and discussing of the openly, orderly, and complex system, like biologic system. In recent years, this field developed very fast. The new ideas and methods in biology research have emerged in endlessly, which undoubted will bring new tools and optimized solutions to researcher. This review summarized and categorized the latest progresses in this field from the aspect of biologic modeling so that we could draw on the wisdom of the masses and comprehend by analogy.
