| 摘 要： | 在各种不同间隙和不同转速下测量了端面混炼挤出机(DMP)的产量、压力和功耗等参数。同时加入预混好的具有一定比例的碳酸钙聚乙烯混料,进行取样切片,通过电镜扫描对样片进行混炼效果定性分析。

| Abstract: | A new kind of extruder--disc mixing plastics(DMP) extruder has been studied. Under different disc gaps and rotation speeds, the output, the pressure, the power consumption and other parameters were mearsured. A certain amount of CaCO_3 was added in LDPE and the thin slices were obtained through extrusion. The qualitative analysis for the mixing effects of DMP is given through electronic scanning. |
