三电平逆变器的故障建模及诊断

摘    要:针对三电平逆变器电路易出现的开路故障现象,本文以二极管钳位三电平逆变器为例,对三电平逆变器功率管开路故障进行了分析,使用Simulink建立三电平逆变器的故障模型,并由此提出了一种基于神经网络的三电平逆变器的故障诊断与检测方法。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效的诊断三电平逆变器中出现的故障问题,尤其适用于检测与定位逆变器内部的复杂非线性故障。

Fault Modeling and Diagnosis in Three-level Inverter
Abstract:In view of the phenomenon which the frequent open circuit fault in three level inverter circuit of substation communication power supply, this paper based on the topology of diode clamped three-level inverter, the open circuit fault of the three-level inverter is analyzed. three level inverter fault model is established by the use of Simulink, And a fault detection method of three-level inverter based on neural network is presented. The experimental results show that this method can effectively diagnose the faults of three level inverter, especially suitable for the non-linear fault detection and location inside the inverter.
