摘    要:永磁接触器是在传统的电磁式接触器的基础上革新的一种新接触器,具有节能、噪音低等诸多优点,受业界的广泛关注。但是,当永磁接触器合闸时,引起的触头弹跳现象,严重影响了永磁接触器的可靠性和使用寿命。在此用模糊控制对永磁接触器动态合闸特性进行优化,使用MATLAB建立了永磁接触器的动态合闸仿真模型。研究了基于模糊控制对永磁接触器合闸动态特性的优化。通过实验,对比未施加PWM控制、施加50%占空比的方波以及施加模糊控制这三种方法,验证了模糊控制方法的有效性。

Permanent magnet contactor closing dynamic characteristic optimization
Abstract:Permanent magnet (PM) contactor is a new type of switching device.When compared to conventional electromagnetic contactors, PM contactor has many advantages, including saving energy, noise reduction and so on, so it has received extensive attention in society. However, the phenomenon that contacts bounce occurs when the PM contactor working seriously affects reliability and service life. Fuzzy control on the closing characteristics of permanent magnet contactor dynamic optimized with this, MATLAB was used to build the dynamic simulation model of permanent magnet contactor switch. Based on fuzzy control, to optimize the dynamic performance of permanent magnet contactor switch. The effectiveness of the fuzzy control method is verified by comparing the three methods, i.e., the PWM control, the square wave with a duty cycle of 50% and the fuzzy control;feature optimization
