摘    要:采用原子吸收分光光度法测定藜麦中的痕量铅,研究了五种不同的前处理方式对藜麦中铅含量测定的影响。五种方法的加标回收率为95.4%~104.8%,分析标准物质的结果与推荐值一致,比较得出微波消解法具有操作简单、消解彻底、稳定性高和污染低等优点,在藜麦中铅含量的测定中具有很大的应用前景。

Abstract:Atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to determine trace lead in quinoa. Five different methods of pretreatment were studied.Effect of determination of lead content in wheat. The recoveries of the five methods were 95.4%~104.8%. The results of the analysis of reference materials were consistent with the recommended values. The microwave digestion method had the advantages of simple operation, complete resolution, high stability, and low pollution. The determination of lead content has great application prospects
