| Abstract: | In this study, a novel route to (−)‐limonidilactone analogues 10 , 11 by way of stereoselective reaction of andrographolide ( 5 ) from 8 , 9 was reported. The anti‐tumor and α‐glucosidsae inhibition activities of some synthetic compounds were screened. |
