摘    要:本文研究了中频感应加热回火工艺对45Si2Cr高强调质钢筋组织和性能的影响。实验证明,感应回火组织转变充分,性能稳定,钢筋横截面上的组织和性能均匀;其机械性能达到了铅浴回火调质钢筋技术指标要求,均质性良好。因此,感应加热回火可以取代铅浴回火,并具有节约能源,消除铅害污染等优点。

Abstract:Investigates the influence of medium-frequency induction tempering on the structure and properties of quenched and tempered 45Si2Cr reinforced bars. Experiments indicated that the induction-tempered microstructure shows a full transformation with stable properties and homogeneus cross-sectional structure and properties . Its machanical properties are able to meet the specification of the reinforced bars after patenting-tempering with its fine homogeniety.Therefore tempering by induction heating is proved replaceable for patenting-tempering. More than that, such as tempering process has advantages of saving energy and avoiding the lead pollution.
