超声强化超临界流体萃取的数学模型及机理

摘    要:采用自行设计的内插式超声强化超,临界流体萃取(USFE)装置,研究了超声强化超,临界流体萃取的数学模型及机理.实验结果表明:所提出的数学模型既证实了超声对超临界流体萃取(SFE)具有强化效应,又对USFE和SFE过程具有很好的预测功能,能够反映萃取的实际过程;低频超声强化超,临界流体萃取的效果比高频超声要好;超声强化超临界流体萃取的机理是超声在微环境内产生的机械波动效应和热效应,

Abstract:By using the interpolated ultrasonically-enhanced supercritical fluid extraction (USFE) device designed by the researchers, the mathematical model and mechanism of USFE were investigated. The experimental results indicate that the proposed model not only proves the enhancement of supercritical fluid extraction by ultrasonic, but also predicts well the USFE process and the supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) process. Meanwhile, it can reflect the actual extraction process. It is also indicated that the low-frequency ultrasonic has a greater effect on USFE than the high-frequency ultrasonic and that the mechanism of USFE lies in the mechanical fluctuant effect and the thermal effect caused by ultrasonic in microenvironment.
