摘    要:目的测定10种常用SPF级大、小鼠体重、脏器及肠道等正常参考值。方法解剖10种品系实验动物,称量各组织脏器的相对重量,用尺测量肠道长度,共对9种脏器指标进行了测定。结果不同品系动物的各种脏器指标有明显差别,即使是同种品系,不同性别间也存在差异。

Abstract:Objective To measure the indexes of normal organ weight and organ coefficient of 10 kinds of usual SPF grade rats and mice.Methods Dissects 10 kinds of strains laboratory animal,determined the normal weight and organ coefficient of the relative weight,measured intestinal tract length with the ruler,which has altogether carried on the determination to 9 kinds of organs coefficient.Results There are showed very significant difference in age-related,sex-related,and strain-related,so on difference existed in the same strains because of of different sexes.
