摘    要:提出了在球面光路中利用凹球面反射镜同时测量长焦透镜焦距和透射波前的干涉检测方法,分析了该检测方法的误差以及测量误差和调整误差对检测结果的影响,确定了在检测过程中所需控制的相对敏感自由度。结果表明,该检测方法可对F/#≥50的透镜进行检测,其焦距计算相对误差为0.2%,透射波前P-V值可达1/25λ。

Abstract:For the long-focal length lens,a method that can test the lens′ wavefront and focal length at the same time is presented by using a concave spherical mirror.The test error of this method is analyzed.Then,the influence of measuring error and alignment error on the test result is analyzed in detail,and the relative sensitive degrees of freedom needed to be controlled in the test process are determined.The result shows that,the lens with F/#≥50 can be tested with this method with a relative error for focal length about 0.2% and transmitted wavefront P-V about 1/25 λ.
