民用机场设施管理模式研究

在民用机场设施结构和设施管理内涵的基础上,分析了机场设施管理的影响因素,归纳了机场设施管理的4种模式：自行维修模式、＂自行管理＋合作外包＂模式、＂公司管理＋市场外包＂模式和联营公司管理模式.通过对比工作内容及优劣势,结果表明4种管理模式可分别适用于支线机场、中型机场、大型机场和大型枢纽机场.

Study on Facility Management Patterns of Civil Airports

On the basis of understanding facility breakdown structure of civil airport and the connotation of facility management,the influential factors of facility management are analyzed,and four patterns for facility management,including self-maintaining,self-managing plus cooperative outsourcing,company managing plus marketing outsourcing and affiliated company managing,are put forward.Furthermore,by comparing work content,strength and weakness,applicability,that the four kinds of management patterns can be employed respectively in lateral airports,mid-scale airport,large-scale airport and large-scale pivotal airport is indicated.
