| 摘 要： | 目的探讨我省临床一线护理人员面对应激采取的应付方式，为护士调适心理提供指导依据。方法对1100名护理人员进行一般资料、应付方式二部分问卷调查，调查数据被检错后采用SPSS11、0统计软件包进行统计分析。结果在766份有效问卷中发现护士应激情况下采取的应付方式方面：解决问题、求助、合理化、幻想、退避五个分量表分显著高于常模（P〈0．001），自责分显著低于常模（P〈0．001）。结论本调查中护士应对方式主要表现为积极应对但存在较强的幻想和退避消极应付方式。提示临床一线护理人员面对应激时应减少幻想和退避行为，积极采取成熟的应付方式，调整心理状态以促进身心健康。

| Abstract: | Objectives: To invetigate the clinical nurses' coping styles of stress,and provide the guidance evidence for nurses' psychological adjustment.Methods: 1100 clinical nurses were investigated and the data was analyzed with SPSS11.0 statistic software.Results: In 766 valid questionnaires,the scores of solving problems,seeking help,rationalization,fantasy and retreat were higher than those of norm,and the score of self-accusation was significantly lower than that of norm.Conclusion: Nurses' coping style mostly ... |
