| Abstract: | The objective of a struggle for the development of science and technology in the nextfive years was pointed out by "the ninth five -- year plan" in our institute. By summing up thework of science and technology of during "the last five -- year", this paper analyses the profitableand un profitable factors that relate to accomplishing the plan, and gives some thoughts from thepoint of the administer. |
