摘    要:本文用偏最小二乘法校正了火焰原子吸收分析中Pd247.43nm对Pb247.638nm的吸收线重叠干扰,对合成样中Pb和Pd的测定,结果令人满意,PLS法是谱线重叠干扰的有效校正方法。

Abstract:Partial least squares regression is used to compensate for spectral "overlap" interference of Pb 247.638nm with Pd 247.643nm.The compensated method has been applied to determination of Pb and Pd in the synthetic samples and the satisfactory results are obtained.The experimental results shows that PLS model is the possible and the effective method resolving the spectral overlap interference in atomic absorption spectrometry.
